Music night "Vietnam in me" - where artists and audiences express their love for the Fatherland

On the evening of August 26, at the National Exhibition Center (Dong Anh, Hanoi), the grand music festival "Vietnam in Me" took place. This is a key art event in the series of activities "80 years of the Journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness".

The event was directed by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, organized by the Hanoi Opera House in coordination with related units. The music night was organized on a grand scale, especially with the participation of famous artists loved by the public such as: Soobin Hoang Son, Hoa Minzy, Duc Phuc, Anh Tu, Quan AP, Duong Hoang Yen, Erik, Chillies group...

According to Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ta Quang Dong, in recent times, the patriotism of the Vietnamese people has been strongly promoted. This concert is no exception, with songs that ignite the spirit of national pride and the desire to contribute in every citizen, especially the young generation. "The organizers and artists have made great efforts in recent days to bring a program that not only brings artistic effectiveness but also conveys a strong message about the Fatherland to the youth," Deputy Minister Ta Quang Dong shared.

Another highlight of the show was the harmonious combination of music , technology and stage design.

As soon as the show began, the atmosphere at the National Exhibition Center quickly heated up with the cheers of the audience along with EDM music combined with traditional instruments, opening a musical journey lasting more than two hours.

The opening act of the program was the song I am Vietnamese – Vietnamese Homeland performed by singers Anh Tu and Duong Hoang Yen, as a proud greeting to thousands of spectators. The lively melody, powerful vocals, and modern sound and lighting effects quickly captivated the audience, opening a night of emotional performances.

Among the participating artists, Soobin Hoang Son was one of the artists who created the biggest explosion and attraction of the music night. The male singer appeared with a youthful style, performing a series of songs such as: Tien den giac mo, Tro ve. His smooth voice, delicate handling combined with modern stage effects made the audience constantly sing along.

Singer Hoa Minzy left an impression with powerful songs such as: Bac Bling, Se Chien Thang. Her resonant, emotional voice and confident performance style helped Hoa Minzy win the hearts of fans. Not only stopping at singing, the female singer was also charming in the moments of interaction, making the atmosphere more intimate and friendly.

Singer Anh Tu clearly portrayed the Vietnamese identity in Dan ta hat dan ca. The images of drums, palm-leaf fans, and folk dances combined with modern melodies created a performance that was both familiar and new. The male singer continued to spread positive energy in a medley about youth and trips, evoking youthful memories in the hearts of the audience. Meanwhile, singer Duc Phuc brought a calm color with the songs Khat vong la nguoi Viet Nam, Do what you want, Nguoi oi nguoi o dung ve. His clear voice and sincere emotions helped him touch the hearts of listeners.

In addition, in the music night "Vietnam in me", female singer Duong Hoang Yen brought emotional performances, from I am a Vietnamese - Vietnamese homeland with Anh Tu, to Fatherland in the Sunlight, Sparkling rainbow. Her powerful voice, rich technique and captivating performance style helped the female singer become a highlight, especially in the medley Mien An Nhien - Nho mai chuyen dien nay when combining with Anh Tu and Tran Duy Khang (Chillies), bringing the audience into a musical space that is both nostalgic and fresh.

Coming to the show, the band Chillies stirred up the audience with a series of songs loved by young people such as Dai Lo Mat Troi, Cu Chi Thoi and Vung Ky Uc. With a liberal and intimate performance style, the group not only brought excitement but also created profound moments, reminding the audience of their youthful memories. Meanwhile, Quan AP conquered the audience with his warm voice through emotional songs such as: Mui To Am, Yeu Cuoc Doi Hon and Kiep Sau Van Nguoi Viet Nam. His simple but sincere performance style helped him leave an unforgettable impression, especially in his message of attachment to family, homeland and love for the Fatherland.

Closing the impressive series of performances, Erik appeared brilliantly with Di giua troi ruc ro and Anh trai nuoc Viet. His youthful voice, vibrant choreography and elaborate staging turned Erik's performance into one of the highlights of the music night.

Another highlight of the show was the harmonious combination of music, technology and stage design. Each performance was meticulously crafted, from smoke and fire effects, flares, LED lights, to the artists’ costumes, sometimes traditional, sometimes modern. All together, they created a multi-dimensional, emotional cultural picture.

Lasting more than 120 minutes, Vietnam in Me is a journey that takes the audience from heroic and vibrant to calm and thoughtful. Each performance, each song, each moment of interaction reminds us of a beautiful Vietnam, where memories, present and future aspirations blend together.

Despite the heavy rain, the concert still attracted a large audience.

In particular, in the context of the whole country turning to our fellow countrymen in the Central region who are being severely affected by storm No. 5, at the music night there was a fundraising program to share with our fellow countrymen in the Central region, in which the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism supported our fellow countrymen who suffered damage caused by storm No. 5 with 600 million VND.

Through that, it can be seen that this is not only a music night but also a testament to the strength of Vietnamese national unity. Come to the concert to see the country appear brilliantly in every sound and melody. But above all, this is also an opportunity to send faith and encouragement to the people of Central Vietnam - those who are suffering many losses due to natural disasters.
