Ensuring safety and punctuality for the Delegation attending the Anniversary Ceremony in Hanoi

On the morning of August 27, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee held a working session to listen to a report on the Plan to organize a delegation to attend the ceremony, parade, and march to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in Hanoi.

Comrade Dinh Van Tuan, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the meeting. Attending were representatives of leaders of relevant departments, branches and sectors.

Leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism reported on consulting on the draft plan to organize the Youth Union.

According to the plan, the Lam Dong Provincial Delegation attending the Anniversary Ceremony, parade and march in Hanoi Capital has 163 official delegates, including: former provincial leaders, people with meritorious services to the revolution, typical religious dignitaries; and a number of members of the service team participating in the Delegation throughout the Ceremony.

The delegation will travel in 7 days, from August 30, 2025 to September 5, 2025. By car, the province will arrange 6 35-seat sleeper buses in 3 areas: West Lam Dong , East Lam Dong and Central Lam Dong to pick up and drop off delegates.

The schedule is specifically built for each day, each time, location from the time of picking up the delegates as well as throughout the journey to Hanoi and the afternoon back to the regions to end the journey.

During the program, the Delegation will visit and present gifts to the forces of Military Region 7 and the Lam Dong Provincial Military Command directly participating in the parade in Hanoi.

At the meeting, departments, branches and sectors reported, discussed and proposed plans within their authority and tasks to complete the plan to organize the Delegation to attend the Ceremony.

Concluding the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Dinh Van Tuan highly appreciated the proactiveness and promptness of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in advising the Provincial People's Committee to draft a plan to organize the Provincial Delegation to attend the Celebration Ceremony, Parade and March in Hanoi on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2.

Through the draft plan and opinions of departments, branches and sectors at the working session, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Dinh Van Tuan requested to review, adjust and supplement some contents to complete the detailed plan to organize the pick-up and drop-off of the Delegation to ensure security, safety, on time, and in accordance with the requirements of the Central Government and the province.

In particular, from the proposed opinions of the delegates, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Dinh Van Tuan suggested paying attention to means of transportation, needing to calculate and supplement the plan accordingly.

In particular, it is necessary to ensure places to eat, rest, and welcome delegates at lunch and dinner spots throughout the journey; review the route as proposed in the draft plan.
