According to Vinh University's announcement on the afternoon of August 22, the school's admission score ranges from 19 to 28.12 points based on the 2023 high school graduation exam score (method 100).

Apart from History Pedagogy with the highest benchmark score in group C00 (Literature, History, Geography) - 28.12, the remaining majors are all below 26 points. Of which, Literature Pedagogy and Geography Pedagogy take 26.7 and 26.55 points respectively.

10 majors have a benchmark score of 19, such as Accounting, Law, Economic Law, Political Science , Vietnamese Studies, Business Administration...

With the 200 method, the school considers the 12th grade transcript scores with subjects in the combination according to the regulations of each industry. The standard score for this method ranges from 20 to 29.5, the highest being Mathematics Pedagogy.

With method 402 - based on the Hanoi National University's capacity assessment test scores, the benchmark score is calculated according to the formula = (Test score × 3/15) + (Priority score by subject + Priority score by region if any), the total maximum test score is 150 points, in which the candidate's test score is converted to 30 points. In this method, the benchmark score is 18 for 11 majors other than Pedagogy.
