Leaders of Dien Bien province presented decisions and flowers to congratulate 6 comrades who were trusted to be transferred and assigned new responsibilities.

At the same time, Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee announced the Decision to establish the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dien Bien province.

At the conference, comrade Pham Khac Quan, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Organization Committee of Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee, announced the decisions on transfer and appointment of positions for 6 comrades.

Specifically, comrade Ha Quang Trung, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee (former Secretary of the Dien Bien Phu City Party Committee) was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee; comrade Cao Thi Tuyet Lan, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee (former Secretary of the Dien Bien District Party Committee) was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee; comrade Tran Quy Hung, (former member of the City Party Standing Committee, former Vice Chairman of the Dien Bien Phu City People's Committee) was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; comrade Bui Minh Hai, member of the Provincial Party Committee (former Secretary of the Muong Nhe District Party Committee) was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee; comrade Ly Thanh Tiem (former Secretary of the Nam Po District Party Committee) was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Deputy Chief of the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee's Office; comrade Ly Ly Xa (former Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Association) was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee.

Also at the conference, comrade Pham Khac Quan announced Decision No. 6566-QD/TU dated June 19, 2025 of the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee on the establishment of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dien Bien province, from July 1, 2025.

Leaders of Dien Bien province presented flowers and congratulated the comrades assigned to lead the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dien Bien province.

Specifically, regarding the organizational structure of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dien Bien province, it includes: leadership (8 comrades; including 1 Chairman and 7 Vice Chairmen); advisory and support agencies, and affiliated public service units (including 9 advisory boards and equivalents; 1 public service unit).

Comrade Mua A Vang, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, is Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dien Bien province.
