Transfer and appointment of leading and managerial civil servants.

On the afternoon of May 22, 2026, the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Ca Mau province held a ceremony to announce decisions on personnel matters. Mr. Huynh Thanh Dung, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, presided over the announcement. Also in attendance were Deputy Directors Bui Tu Hai and Pham Van Muoi; the leadership and key officials of relevant units.

At the conference, Comrade Huynh Thanh Dung announced the Decision of the Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, which included: transferring and appointing Comrade Nguyen Van Trung, Deputy Head of the Fisheries Sub-Department, to the position of Deputy Director of the Agricultural Extension Center; and transferring and appointing Comrade Do Viet Khoa, Deputy Head of the Environmental Protection Sub-Department, to the position of Deputy Head of the Marine, Island and Fisheries Inspection Sub-Department.

Speaking at the decision implementation ceremony, Comrade Huynh Thanh Dung congratulated the two comrades who were entrusted by the Department's leadership to be transferred to new positions and expressed hope that with their practical experience and youthful energy, they would immediately begin their new work, strengthen coordination, and provide better advice to the unit's leadership in professional matters.

The newly appointed Deputy Director of the Provincial Agricultural Extension Center, Nguyen Van Trung, on behalf of the two colleagues who received the appointment decisions, thanked the Board of Directors for their attention and support in assigning them to new positions, which will allow them to utilize their strengths and practical abilities in their new work. He also promised the Department's leadership to be more determined and strive harder in their work to successfully complete the assigned tasks.

This reassignment and appointment aims to further review and reorganize the leadership and management staff; to carry out reassignment, rotation, and reassignment for those who have held a position for a long time, in order to improve the quality of operation of agencies and units.
