In addition, voters also raised many opinions and recommendations, focusing on issues such as: the settlement of land records, granting of land use right certificates is still cumbersome, the procedures are complicated, the processing time is long, causing difficulties for people; recommending that authorities at all levels pay more attention to ensuring security, order and rural security because the situation still has many potential risks; requesting continued attention to policies for people with meritorious services, poor households and social protection beneficiaries; reflecting on the state of water pollution caused by the production activities of some processing factories affecting people's lives; At the same time, it is recommended that the authorities strengthen inspection and handling of the situation of heavy-duty vehicles regularly circulating, causing damage and degradation to many rural roads, inter-village roads, etc.
