Attending the launching ceremony were Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Thanh Ngai; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee Ho Thanh Thuy; Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Bui Tan Bay; Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ngo Vu Thang; comrades in the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Provincial Party Executive Committee; leaders of departments, branches, sectors, unions, armed forces, agencies, enterprises; members of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.

Speaking at the launching ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province Nguyen Van Khoi called on organizations, businesses, agencies, units, armed forces, union members, association members and people inside and outside the province to promote the spirit of "mutual love", "helping each other", joining hands to support people in the North and Central regions to overcome the consequences of natural disasters and soon stabilize their lives.
In September and early October 2025, many consecutive storms operating in the East Sea caused serious damage in many localities. In particular, storm No. 10 caused heavy losses in human lives and property in the Northern and North Central provinces.
In that situation, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province sent condolences and shared; at the same time, provided initial support of 2.8 billion VND to 8 heavily affected provinces including: Ha Tinh , Nghe An, Lao Cai, Lang Son, Phu Tho, Ninh Binh, Thanh Hoa and Quang Tri.
Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province Nguyen Van Khoi received funds to support people affected by storm No. 10 from Ca Mau Electricity Company.
According to the campaign, each cadre, civil servant, public employee, soldier in the armed forces and people receiving salaries from the budget donates at least one day's salary; workers donate one day's income; households, union members and association members, depending on their conditions, contribute from 50,000 VND or more.
All donations should be sent to the Ca Mau Provincial Relief Mobilization Committee (via the State Treasury of Region XX - Department of Operations No. 2) or directly to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province.

Right at the launching ceremony, agencies, units, businesses and individuals donated more than 2 billion VND, demonstrating the solidarity and affection of Ca Mau people towards their compatriots in the North who are heavily affected by storms and floods.
