To commemorate the 60th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Investment and Development Bank ( BIDV ) Ha Tinh Branch (1965 – 2025), reporters from Ha Tinh Newspaper recorded the shared experiences of local businesspeople about BIDV Ha Tinh's companionship and commitment to their businesses' development.

Mr. Le Duc Thang – Chairman of the Board of Directors and Director of Ha Tinh Industrial Development, Construction and Trade Joint Stock Company (Ha Tinh City): “Over 30 years of close and affectionate relationship!”
In 1991, Ha Tinh Industrial Development, Construction and Trade Joint Stock Company was established. From those early days of hardship and scarcity of infrastructure and investment resources, we were facilitated by the Ha Tinh banking sector in general and BIDV Ha Tinh in particular, which provided us with loans for investment and development. These valuable funds from BIDV were a crucial resource in helping the company realize its production and business aspirations, gradually establishing itself as one of the leading enterprises in the construction and industrial sectors in the province.
Having been closely associated with BIDV Ha Tinh for over 30 years, we recognize it as one of the leading financial institutions in the Vietnamese banking system. BIDV Ha Tinh consistently innovates, pioneers in administrative procedure reform, leads in technology, and applies digital banking in its business operations and management; providing the best banking and financial products and services for businesses.

In recent years, BIDV Ha Tinh has invested hundreds of billions of VND in medium and long-term loans to the company to purchase modern equipment and production lines for quarrying and processing construction stone, and three asphalt concrete mixing plants... aiming to increase competitiveness in the market. As a result, the company has developed steadily with a fairly high annual growth rate, and the income of its employees has increased significantly.
Besides fulfilling its role of providing capital to the economy , BIDV Ha Tinh is also one of the commercial banks that cares about and effectively implements social welfare work, making an important contribution to the socio-economic development of the province.
Mr. Le Quoc Khanh – General Director of Ha Tinh Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (Ha Tinh City): “A reliable partner of HADIPHAR”.

Ha Tinh Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (HADIPHAR) is a company that directly manufactures and supplies traditional and modern medicines to the domestic and export markets. Overcoming many challenges, HADIPHAR has become a reputable brand in the Vietnamese pharmaceutical market.
Throughout its operations, HADIPHAR has been fortunate to have the support of the banking sector, especially BIDV Ha Tinh. For over 20 years, the company has had access to preferential capital to help the HADIPHAR brand expand globally.
In addition to providing medium- and long-term loans for investment in modern production lines, BIDV Ha Tinh also prioritizes lending to businesses for working capital to support production, business operations, expanding distribution networks throughout provinces and cities nationwide, and exporting to Southeast Asian countries, with current revenue exceeding 500 billion VND per year.

As a trusted partner, BIDV Ha Tinh not only facilitates the development of the Ha Tinh business community but also provides timely and effective solutions to overcome difficulties and challenges.
During the period of 2020-2023, many businesses were severely affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. BIDV Ha Tinh was one of the pioneering financial institutions to apply "low-interest" credit programs, proactively reducing lending interest rates, restructuring debt, and extending repayment periods for businesses. These practical solutions from the bank helped businesses overcome difficulties and gradually recover and develop.
Mr. Phan Tri Nghia - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Song La Xanh Packaging Joint Stock Company (Duc Tho): “Creating resources for Ha Tinh businesses to reach out to the world.”

With the goal of supporting economic development, the banking sector in Ha Tinh province in general and BIDV Ha Tinh in particular have always facilitated the provision of capital to import-export businesses in the area, enabling them to seize investment opportunities, gradually improve their scale and production capacity, and increase their competitiveness in the market to continuously expand globally.
Having commenced operations in early 2019, with a well-structured and scientific business strategy focusing on building international linkages, Song La Xanh Packaging Joint Stock Company has become a trusted partner of many countries in the region.
Throughout its development, BIDV Ha Tinh has provided capital to support the company in implementing the second phase of its infrastructure investment project, adhering to automation standards, and facilitating working capital loans to support its production and business operations. To date, the company has operated stably and continuously, exporting packaging to numerous markets such as the Philippines, Singapore, and New Zealand, creating stable employment for nearly 500 workers.
What we always appreciate is that BIDV Ha Tinh not only facilitates procedures and paperwork, and provides timely loans with preferential interest rates for the production and business sector, but also proactively listens to and supports businesses with many effective solutions when they face difficulties.

The Vietnamese economy is experiencing recovery and growth after the COVID-19 pandemic, but still faces many difficulties and challenges from various factors; the business community inevitably faces disadvantages in its operations.
We sincerely thank BIDV Ha Tinh for its support and cooperation over the past period and hope to continue receiving the bank's partnership to help our business successfully implement its production and business strategies in the coming period.
