Businesswoman Trinh Thi Ha is full of compassion.

In recent years, many people inside and outside the province not only know businesswoman Trinh Thi Ha, Vice President of Vinh Phuc Province Construction Association, President of Phuc Yen City Business Association, Director of Than Ha Trading and Construction Company Limited as a dynamic and successful businesswoman, but also as a compassionate person, actively helping families with preferential policies, the poor, and people in difficult circumstances.

Businesswoman Trinh Thi Ha gives gifts to policy families and the poor on the occasion of Lunar New Year 2025.

Businesswoman Trinh Thi Ha was born and raised in a poor farming family with 8 siblings in Lien Mac commune, Me Linh district ( Hanoi ) but was fully educated by her parents. Being an active and individualistic girl, since high school, student Trinh Thi Ha dreamed of becoming a successful businesswoman.

In 1978, after passing the entrance exam to the University of Construction ( Ministry of Construction ), after 5 years of hard study, Trinh Thi Ha was transferred to work at Construction Company 3-2 (former Me Linh District People's Committee).

Although she has just graduated and has no practical experience, but working in an environment that is suitable for her training and strengths, she has quickly developed her personal capacity, contributing to the collective unit to achieve many successes in the construction field.

After nearly ten years working at Construction Company 3-2, she was transferred to Construction Company No. 1 Vinh Phu. Working in a new environment required more enthusiasm and expertise, but she made efforts and was trusted to be Deputy Director, Director of Infrastructure Construction Enterprise and Deputy Director, Director of Construction Company No. 1 Vinh Phuc and stayed until her retirement in 2015.

Being an active, strong-willed and hard-working person, after retirement, Ms. Trinh Thi Ha continued to establish a business operating in the fields of construction, real estate investment, trade and tourism, which she directly leads and operates.

There was a time when she was the CEO of 6 companies at the same time. As a person with in-depth knowledge, courage and experience in the fields of construction and trade, the companies she managed all operated effectively, made profits, and paid hundreds of billions of VND in taxes to the State every year.

Currently, Ms. Ha is in charge of the direct leadership of 3 companies including: Chairman and General Director of Than Ha Trading and Construction Company Limited; Chairman of Vinh Phuc Construction Joint Stock Company No. 1; Chairman and Director of Tay Duc Joint Stock Company.

These are 3 companies that are implementing dozens of social housing projects, urban areas, and important infrastructure works in many localities inside and outside the province with a total value of thousands of billions of VND, such as the social housing area in Phuc Thang ward (Phuc Yen) with a total investment of more than 600 billion VND, which was just started in February 2025; Nam Phuc Yen urban area, construction of infrastructure for Hung Vuong urban area (Phuc Yen) worth more than 150 billion VND, Apartment building in Me Linh district (Hanoi) with more than 700 apartments...

In recent years, the construction sector has faced many difficulties due to high prices of materials and labor, but her companies still create regular jobs for nearly 600 workers and nearly 200 technical staff and employees with stable income.

Despite being busy with her business, businesswoman Trinh Thi Ha always takes time to do charity work through activities such as contributing to building charity houses; supporting livelihoods for poor women; giving scholarships to poor but studious students; giving gifts to the poor; contributing to funds to support people affected by natural disasters, people with serious illnesses, etc.; especially for policy households and people with revolutionary contributions, she always puts her concern first with all her understanding and deep gratitude.

From 2020 to present, businesswoman Trinh Thi Ha has mobilized workers, laborers and individuals to contribute nearly 1 billion VND to build 32 charity houses for poor households in Phuc Yen city.

In particular, on holidays and Lunar New Year every year, she has taken a portion of the profits of the business and individuals to give hundreds of gifts to policy families, poor households, near-poor households, and families in difficult circumstances in Phuc Yen city and some localities in and outside the province.

At the same time, responding to the programs "Encouraging learning, encouraging talents", "Warm home of love"... launched by organizations of Phuc Yen province and city. In 2020, Ms. Ha supported the people of the Central region affected by floods with money and goods worth more than 1 billion VND.

In 2 years (2021 - 2022), Ms. Ha continued to deduct the company's profits and mobilized staff to raise more than 2 billion VND to buy rice, clothes, medicine, and medical equipment to support localities in preventing and fighting the Covid-19 pandemic. During the recent Lunar New Year, she spent more than 200 million VND to give gifts to families with preferential policies, the poor, and veterans in difficult circumstances, helping them to improve their lives.

With her contributions to the development of the locality and community, businesswoman Trinh Thi Ha has been repeatedly awarded by central and provincial authorities and sectors.

In particular, the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee awarded a Certificate of Merit for "Having achievements in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's moral example in 2011-2013"; the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry awarded "Outstanding Vietnamese Businesswoman - Golden Rose Cup" in 2022. Than Ha Trading and Construction Company Limited was awarded the flag "Excellent unit leading the emulation movement in 2024" by the Provincial People's Committee.
