Student-centered approach
In the 2023-2024 school year, grade 4 students in primary schools throughout the district will officially use the content of the 2018 General Education Program in their teaching and learning. To provide timely support to teachers, even before the start of the school year, the Ba Dinh District Department of Education and Training planned and organized many professional development activities with rich content and diverse forms, such as "Improving the application of information technology in teaching," "Effectively applying STEM in integration across subjects," and "Innovating teaching methods and forms suitable for the 2018 General Education Program"...
After each training session, schools proactively and seriously organize the dissemination of the training content to all teachers in the school. As soon as the students have settled in and become familiar with the routines, the Department of Education and Training organizes the implementation of several district-level thematic workshops to provide timely support to 4th grade teachers.

The lessons utilize effective teaching aids and materials, harmoniously combining modern and traditional teaching aids to deliver content that is both relatable and engaging, with lively and captivating teaching methods.
Throughout the lessons, students are truly at the center of the learning process, experiencing and participating in group activities, being encouraged to independently acquire knowledge, build self-reliance and confidence, as well as communication and collaboration skills, giving them a real opportunity to shine.
