Offering incense and cleaning up the environment at Ham Rong Martyrs Cemetery

(Baothanhhoa.vn) - On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025), on the morning of July 20, the Standing Committee of the Fatherland Front Committee of Ham Rong Ward organized an incense offering ceremony and launched a campaign to clean up the environment, take care of trees, and take care of martyrs' graves at Ham Rong Martyrs' Cemetery.

The delegates observed a minute of silence in remembrance of the fallen heroes.

In a solemn and respectful atmosphere, the delegates offered incense in remembrance, expressing their boundless gratitude for the immense contributions of the heroic martyrs – those who selflessly shed their blood, bravely fought, and sacrificed themselves for the cause of national liberation and reunification.

Numerous officials and female members of the association cleaned and cared for the graves of fallen soldiers.

Following the incense offering ceremony, nearly 200 officials, women's association members, veterans, and youth union members from Ham Rong ward participated in a general cleanup and maintenance of the martyrs' graves at Ham Rong Martyrs' Cemetery, contributing to creating a green, clean, and beautiful environment, while also expressing their affection and gratitude to the heroic martyrs resting there.
