This responsibility requires the entire education system of the province, from primary to secondary, college and university levels, to make continuous efforts to innovate in teaching, learning and scientific research. In particular, the role and responsibility of the teaching staff will determine the quality of human resources not only in the present but also in the future, so each teacher needs to be more aware of his or her responsibilities and constantly innovate.

Dr. PHAM VAN TOAN, Head of Faculty of Electromechanics and Electronics, Lac Hong University:

Innovation enters a new era

During 20 years as a lecturer in the field of electromechanics and electronics, I have been constantly innovating with my students, winning many excellent awards in domestic and international robotics and fuel-efficient vehicle competitions. What is even more exciting is that we have had dozens of technical solutions transferred to domestic and foreign enterprises. This also shows that if we really try and make an effort, all achievements will be rewarded and in the new era, innovation is more meaningful than ever.
