Comrade Bui Thi Minh Hoai continues to hold the position of Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee.

On the morning of October 17, at the National Convention Center, the 18th Hanoi Party Congress, term 2025-2030, held its second official working day with the presence of 550 delegates representing nearly 500,000 party members of the entire city Party Committee.

Comrade Bui Thi Minh Hoai continues to be elected to hold the position of Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee.

On behalf of the Presidium, comrade Tran Sy Thanh, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee reported to the Congress the results of the first meeting of the 18th City Party Executive Committee.

Accordingly, on the afternoon of October 16, the Congress elected the 18th City Party Executive Committee consisting of 75 comrades.

At the first conference held on the same day, the 18th City Party Executive Committee elected comrade Bui Thi Minh Hoai, Politburo member, Secretary of the 17th Hanoi Party Committee, Head of the City's National Assembly Delegation to hold the position of Secretary of the 18th Hanoi Party Committee, term 2025-2030.

The Deputy Secretaries of the Hanoi Party Committee for the 18th term, 2025-2030 term include 4 comrades: Tran Sy Thanh, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the 17th Party Committee, Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee; Nguyen Van Phong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the 17th Hanoi Party Committee; Phung Thi Hong Ha, member of the Standing Committee of the 17th Hanoi Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Council; Nguyen Trong Dong, member of the Standing Committee of the 17th Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee.

The 18th Hanoi Party Committee Standing Committee consists of 17 comrades, including 5 Standing Committee members and 12 members.
