Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Van Hieu presented the decision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to transfer Comrade Nguyen Ta Duan, Deputy Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office, to work at Ninh Giang District Party Committee, holding the position of Deputy Secretary of Ninh Giang District Party Committee.

On the morning of December 24, comrade Le Van Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation attended and presented the decision of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to transfer comrade Nguyen Ta Duan, Deputy Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Secretary to work at Ninh Giang District Party Committee; appointed him to join the District Party Committee Executive Committee, the District Party Committee Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Ninh Giang District Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term from December 24, 2024.

Comrade Le Van Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Hai Duong province delivered a speech assigning tasks.

Speaking at the assignment, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Van Hieu assessed that Comrade Nguyen Ta Duan is a well-trained officer with many years of experience in the transportation sector and the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee Office. He always completes the assigned tasks well.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested that Comrade Nguyen Ta Duan continue to promote his capacity, strengths, experience, proactiveness and creativity in performing his tasks, together with the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, and the District Party Executive Committee to lead Ninh Giang district to continue to develop and achieve many outstanding results.

Ninh Giang District People's Council, 20th term, voted to elect the Chairman of the District People's Committee.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Nguyen Ta Duan thanked the Provincial Party Committee for its attention, trust and assignment.

He promised to constantly strive, be exemplary, pioneer, and determined to build solidarity with the collective and cadres of Ninh Giang district to fulfill assigned tasks well.

On the same morning, at the 20th session, the People's Council of Ninh Giang district, term XX, elected comrade Nguyen Ta Duan, Deputy Secretary of Ninh Giang District Party Committee, to hold the position of Chairman of Ninh Giang District People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term with an absolute number of votes.

Previously, the District People's Council dismissed comrade Phan Nhat Thanh from the position of Chairman of the Ninh Giang District People's Committee for the 20th term 2021-2026 due to job transfer from December 24, 2024.

Comrade Nguyen Ta Duan, new Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the Ninh Giang District People's Committee, spoke at the 20th Session of the Ninh Giang District People's Council, term XX.

Comrade Nguyen Ta Duan was born in 1975, hometown in Binh Lang commune, Tu Ky district.

He has a master's degree in road and urban road construction; advanced political theory.

Before becoming Deputy Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office and Secretary of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee, comrade Nguyen Ta Duan worked for many years at the Department of Transport and held the position of Chief Inspector of the Department of Transport.
