The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee works with the communes in the Song Ma area.

(sonla.gov.vn) On December 18th, Comrade Chá A Của, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, along with a delegation, worked with the Party Committees of the communes on Party building, strengthening the political system, and the socio-economic development, national defense, and security situation in the communes.

Following the implementation of the two-tiered local government model, communes continue to focus on Party building and rectification, and strengthening a clean and robust political system. They are gradually stabilizing the organization and maintaining the effectiveness of grassroots government operations, ensuring no delays in handling administrative procedures for citizens.

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee delivered a speech at the meeting.

The communes leveraged their local potential and advantages, promoting investment attraction to develop their socio -economic aspects. This included focusing on high-tech agriculture, agricultural product processing, and the development of businesses and cooperatives, ensuring alignment with the socio-economic development orientations of the province and the commune. Political security and social order were maintained; and the fight against crime and social vices was carried out vigorously.

Speaking at the meeting, Comrade Chá A Của requested that the communes focus on doing a good job in Party building, comprehensively leading economic and social development, ensuring national defense, security, and order in the border area. He also urged them to prepare for the successful organization of the 16th National Assembly elections and the elections of People's Council representatives at all levels for the 2026-2031 term. Furthermore, he called for a review and adjustment of planning to suit the local situation, and for strengthening foreign relations with localities in the Lao People's Democratic Republic.
