The EUR/VND exchange rate today (March 13) at 9:00 am was announced by the State Foreign Exchange Reserve Management Department at the buying and selling rates of 24,873 - 27,491 VND/EUR. It maintained a decrease of 5 VND/EUR for buying and 6 VND/EUR for selling compared to the previous listing session.
The State Bank determined the cross exchange rate of VND/EUR applied to calculate export and import taxes effective from March 7, 2024 to March 13, 2024 at VND26,070.45/EUR, maintaining an increase of VND89.6/EUR compared to the previous management period.
Vietcombank Euro exchange rate today, March 13, 2024, buying in cash is 26,244.41 VND/EUR, selling in cash is 27,684.75 VND/EUR. Reversal increased by 14.11 VND/EUR for buying and increased by 14.85 VND/EUR for selling compared to the previous session.
Today, most banks listed the Euro price in a downward direction, only a few adjusted it up compared to the previous session. Banks bought cash in the range of 25,800 - 26,680 VND/USD, while the cash selling price remained in the range of 26,470 - 27,941 VND/EUR.

The euro is on a downward trend today. On March 11, the Eurogroup of Eurozone finance ministers agreed that a “lightening” of fiscal policy in 2025 is appropriate, given the current macroeconomic outlook, the need to strengthen fiscal sustainability and continue to consolidate the ongoing process of reducing inflation.
In a joint statement issued at the end of the Eurogroup meeting in Brussels, Belgium, ministers stressed the need to maintain policy flexibility amid current uncertainty.
Ministers affirmed that they will continue to pursue ambitious structural reforms, maintaining and increasing investment levels where appropriate, including in common priority areas such as the green and digital transitions, as well as defence capabilities funded by national and EU sources such as the Stability and Recovery Mechanism.
The group also agreed to commit to improving the efficiency, quality and structure of public spending.
Eurozone finance ministers also said they would phase out energy support measures implemented in 2022 and 2023 to help cope with rising energy prices, using savings related to these measures to reduce the budget deficit.
Regarding the outlook, the ministers assessed that although the regional economy entered 2024 with a weak foundation, there were still conditions to promote regional economic growth in 2025.
Notably, Eurozone finance ministers have reached an agreement to accelerate the implementation of the Capital Markets Union.
