Accordingly, the locality strives to achieve, by 2030, a 100% rate of citizens and businesses using online public services, a 90% rate of cashless transactions, and over 50% of businesses engaging in innovative activities. The People's Committee of the town will also allocate at least 3% of its total annual budget to the development of science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation, gradually increasing this amount according to the town's development needs. It will gradually apply several strategic technologies and digital technologies , such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, cloud computing, semiconductors, 5G and 6G mobile communications, satellite communications, and other emerging technologies, and provide 5G coverage throughout the town...

To achieve this goal, Dong Hoa Town is strengthening investment, improving science and technology infrastructure, promoting innovation and digital transformation; accelerating digital transformation and innovation in the operations of agencies, and enhancing the effectiveness of state management in all fields.
