This is one of the key projects to welcome the 17th Hue City Party Congress, term 2025-2030 and celebrate the 80th anniversary of Vietnam's National Day.

Hue - the ancient capital with rich traditional cultural identity, is undergoing a historic transformation. This centrally-run city aims for comprehensive development, taking tourism as a spearhead, pioneering digital transformation, building smart cities and sustainable development.
At the same time, Hue still fully preserves the identity of the ancient capital, aiming to become a unique center of Southeast Asia in culture, tourism and specialized healthcare .
Accompanying the local development process, Nam A Bank is implementing the Nam A Bank Hue Building project - a green architectural work, contributing to promoting the economic development, tourism and financial services of the city.

Nam A Bank Hue Building is planned on a floor area of over 9,000m2, including 9 floors above ground and 2 basements, expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2027. The project is oriented to achieve the international green certificate EDGE, in accordance with ESG criteria (Environment - Society - Governance), affirming Nam A Bank's commitment to sustainable development strategy based on two main pillars: "digital" and "green".

Accordingly, the project will meet three key EDGE criteria, including: energy saving to minimize electricity and fuel consumption during operation; water saving to reduce water usage, optimize water exploitation efficiency and reuse; materials are also used in an environmentally friendly manner to reduce the amount of carbon accumulated in construction materials, and limit energy content to reduce emissions to the environment.
In addition, the general contractor and the contractor have carefully researched to choose an architectural design that harmonizes the cultural identity of the ancient capital and the modern spirit of a centrally-run city that is striving to develop.
The harmonious combination of modern architecture and the ancient capital's identity, along with green development orientation, has affirmed Nam A Bank's strategic vision in the journey of developing a green bank, associated with the sustainable urbanization process of Hue City in particular and the whole country in general.

The project is located at 2 Ha Noi Street, Thuan Hoa Ward, one of the prime locations in the center of the South of Hue City. From here, it is easy to connect to Hue Railway Station, Phu Bai Airport, opposite Hue International General Hospital (expected to open in the fourth quarter of 2025), large commercial centers such as Vincom Plaza and famous cultural and tourist symbols such as Trang Tien Bridge, Dong Ba Market, Hue Imperial Citadel.
When put into operation, the project is expected to be one of the key financial, commercial and service centers, contributing to promoting economic and tourism development of the locality and neighboring areas.

Nam A Bank representative said: “In implementing the Nam A Bank Hue Building project, we wish to create a green building in harmony with heritage, making a practical contribution to the city's development orientation.
This is not only a modern financial - commercial - service center, but also affirms the commitment to accompany Hue in the goal of economic development associated with sustainability and identity preservation."
Along with the groundbreaking ceremony of key projects, Nam A Bank also implemented many practical social security activities in the locality. On this occasion, the bank donated 2 houses of gratitude with a total value of 200 million VND to poor households, demonstrating the spirit of humanity, community responsibility and commitment to accompany the sustainable development of Hue City.
