To put the resolution into practice, the Provincial Youth Union directed all levels of the Youth Union to develop action plans and programs that are appropriate to the actual conditions of each locality and unit. “The action program is built with the spirit of clearly defining responsibilities and tasks, and closely aligned with the practical needs of young people. The contents must be concretized through youth projects and activities linked to socio-economic development, digital transformation, environmental protection, and improving the lives of the people,” said Ms. Thi Phuong Hong.
