On the morning of September 16, at the Dien Hong Conference Room - National Assembly Building, the Politburo and the Secretariat held a national conference to disseminate and implement the four important resolutions of the Politburo. The conference was connected online to 189 bridge points of departments, branches, communes and wards across the province with over 16,000 delegates attending.

Speaking at the conference, General Secretary To Lam emphasized: The thorough understanding and synchronous and effective implementation of the resolutions of the Politburo and the Secretariat are of special importance, contributing to concretizing the Party's guidelines, meeting the requirements of national development in the new period. The General Secretary requested that with a spirit of urgency, Party committees, Party organizations, authorities, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations focus on leadership and direction, create high unity in awareness and action, promptly put the resolution into practice, create clear changes in each field, especially education, health care, international integration and ensuring energy security.

The General Secretary requested that after the conference, localities and units must urgently develop specific action plans, clearly assign responsibilities, determine a roadmap, and link with inspection and supervision, promptly remove difficulties and obstacles in the implementation process. At the same time, it is necessary to promote the spirit of initiative, creativity, daring to think, daring to do, daring to take responsibility, ensuring that the resolutions are put into practice, effectively, and bring benefits to the people.

Regarding Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW on education and training, he suggested focusing on fundamental innovation focusing on institutional innovation, breakthrough policies, improving the quality of teachers and facilities, while promoting the application of digital technology and international integration to raise the level of Vietnamese education.

Regarding national energy security, according to Resolution No. 70-NQ/TW, it is necessary to promote the leadership role of the Party and the State in creating institutions and policies, with people and businesses being the subjects and centers of energy development; National energy security is considered the foundation and important premise for national development, becoming an important part of national security.

Regarding health care for the people according to Resolution No. 72-NQ/TW, he requested the health sector and localities to strengthen the capacity of the grassroots health system, proactively prevent and control epidemics, pay attention to people's health care, and ensure that all people enjoy fair and quality health services. Focus on strongly changing from disease prevention thinking to proactive disease prevention, improving comprehensive health, with breakthrough solutions such as strengthening preventive medicine, grassroots health care, promoting traditional medicine, innovating health financing mechanisms, attracting social resources, developing health human resources, applying science and technology, digital transformation and building a modern, fair and effective health system.

After the conference to disseminate the Politburo's resolutions, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hau A Lenh requested the Provincial People's Committee to promptly develop an action program to implement the four resolutions of the Central Committee to ensure speed, practicality and efficiency, in accordance with the functions, tasks and practical situation of the locality. At the same time, speed up the preparation progress for the First Congress of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030.
