The Provincial People's Committee Youth Union completed the grassroots Youth Union Congress

34/34 affiliated Youth Unions successfully organized the Congress of Delegates on schedule and in accordance with principles, creating an important premise for the 1st Congress of Delegates of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee, term 2025 - 2030.

Implementing the plan and guidance of the Provincial Youth Union and the direction of the Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee, by September 15, 2025, 34/34 Youth Union bases under the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee had completed the organization of the Congress/Conference of delegates for the 2025-2030 term, ensuring the right progress, principles and regulations.

The Provincial People's Committee Youth Union presented flowers to congratulate the Congress of Delegates of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Quang Ninh Tax.

In particular, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee selected the Quang Ninh Provincial Taxation Union and the Quang Ninh Telecommunications Union to organize a model congress, drawing experience and directing the remaining 32 units. All units organized the congresses in accordance with the procedures, achieving good results, ensuring solemnity, promoting the sense of responsibility of union members and youth.

The congresses have carried out all the contents: discussing, approving the political report, electing the executive committee, directly electing the secretary at the congress, electing the delegation to attend the congress of the higher-level Youth Union. Personnel work was carefully and democratically prepared; fully implementing the procedures for cadre work, ensuring standards, quantity, quality and reasonable structure. The elected personnel achieved a high number of votes of confidence, meeting the requirements on the rate of innovation, rejuvenation, as well as the rate of women according to the instructions.

The work of preparing political reports, review reports of the executive committee and documents submitted to the congress must comply with the regulations and instructions of the higher-level Youth Union. The preparation process has promoted democracy and collective intelligence, with the participation and responsible contributions of the executive committee, cadres and union members. The reports are built with a scientific structure, reasonable layout, correctly assessing the current situation of the Youth Union and youth movement in the past term; at the same time, determining the direction and tasks of the new term in line with the political requirements, production and business tasks of agencies, units, enterprises and the orientation of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Youth Union.

The Executive Committee of the Communist Youth Union of Ha Long University was launched.

The completion of the grassroots congress is an important premise for the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee to successfully organize the first congress of delegates for the 2025-2030 term, scheduled to take place at the end of October.
