On the morning of October 10, at the headquarters of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lao Cai province, the Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Group presented 2 billion VND to support local people in the province to overcome the consequences caused by storm No. 10 (storm Bualoi).
