Accordingly, users can pay in VND right in China via Zalopay without having to exchange foreign currency before the trip or worry about procedures for opening an international credit card. At the same time, there is no need to install and register to use new payment applications.

Zalopay still keeps the same simplicity as when making payments domestically and in Singapore: open the Zalopay app, select the “Scan QR” feature, change the region to “China” and scan the QR code at the counter.

Use Zalopay application to pay in China, simple and familiar like in Vietnam.

Immediately after that, the system will display the converted amount and transparent fees, helping users to proactively and easily control their spending.

Ms. Le Lan Chi, General Director of Zalopay shared: “Continuing to expand this feature to the Chinese market helps Zalopay bring Vietnamese people a convenient and seamless payment experience wherever they go. This is also a strategic step to affirm the role of a reliable financial companion, while creating a foundation for us to expand our services to many other countries in the future.”

International QR scanning is not only a feature that brings outstanding convenience, but also a strategic step to realize Zalopay's vision: "Bringing Vietnamese payment technology to the world , accompanying Vietnamese people on every journey".
