The Hanoi Stock Exchange has just announced the results of the early repurchase of bonds by FLC Group Joint Stock Company (stock code FLC). Specifically, from December 30, 2020 to September 15, 2023, FLC repurchased 153 billion VND worth of bonds under code FLCH2123003, reducing the number of outstanding bonds to 997 billion VND. This bond issue has a term of 2 years with a total value of 1,150 billion VND, and a face value of 10 million VND per bond.

In addition, between August 25, 2022 and December 31, 2022, FLC also repurchased all outstanding bonds of two tickers: FLCH2124002 worth VND 430 billion and FLCH2023001 worth VND 400 billion. These two tranches of bonds have a 3-year term. The total value of bonds repurchased by FLC in the three tranches is VND 983 billion.
Last week, FLC Group announced that it had received 19 decisions from the Hanoi City Tax Department regarding the enforcement of administrative decisions on tax collection by means of deducting money from the accounts of those subject to tax enforcement. The amount to be enforced is over 81.6 billion VND due to overdue payments from FLC's accounts opened at 19 banks. If the amount in FLC's account is less than the amount to be enforced, the bank must still deduct the remaining amount after subtracting the minimum balance required to maintain the account and continue to monitor and deduct any further amounts from FLC's account during the period the decision is in effect (from October 9th to November 7th).
