AI4VN is an annual technology event that helps the community and businesses better understand the application of AI technology in life and serves as a bridge for ministries, departments, and businesses to discuss policies and methods to support AI development in Vietnam.
To build a good technology environment, FPT has invested in training, office facilities, and corporate culture development. The group has invested trillions of VND to build complexes and comfortable offices with an ecosystem of amenities serving the work, entertainment, learning, and accommodation needs of its employees.
One of FPT's distinctive cultural aspects is its core leadership training program, which helps young talents hone their knowledge and skills, enhance their leadership and management capabilities, and prepare them to become the next generation of leaders.
In Vietnam, FPT is developing and refining a responsible AI framework that sets out guidelines to ensure AI is developed and deployed in a way that benefits the community, respects human values, and meets ethical and legal standards. This framework will be applied to AI projects with FPT's clients and will also shape responsible decision-making by teams implementing and designing AI solutions.
