According to the cooperation agreement, the tiktakPOS sales management software platform developed byFPT Software will be integrated with BIDV iConnect to promote the development of a diverse digital banking ecosystem for customers. tiktakPOS is a comprehensive sales management solution supporting customers in the banking and fast-moving consumer goods sectors, integrating features and utilities including: digital banking services, inventory management, employee management, sales process optimization, etc. In the initial phase of cooperation, based on the tiktakPOS platform connected to BIDV Open API, BIDV and FPT Software will deploy several services for customers such as: collection through identified accounts, disbursement, balance inquiry, money transfer, online bill payment, etc. Customers can quickly perform banking transactions such as payments, cash flow management, automatic bill payment, etc., helping to increase accuracy in reconciliation and operational time. The collaboration between BIDV and FPT Software will provide customers with a completely new, automated, and seamless banking service experience on software and applications provided by FPT Software. This solution helps accelerate the digital transformation of businesses, saving them time and manpower, and supporting them in enhancing their capabilities and competitive advantages in the market.
