April commemorates the 50th anniversary of the liberation of Lam Dong (April 3, 1975 - April 3, 2025). Lam Dong province solemnly celebrated this anniversary at 8:10 PM on April 3, 2025; and the 50th anniversary of the complete liberation of the South and national reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025). April is also the Hung Kings' Commemoration Day on April 7, 2025 (corresponding to the 10th day of the 3rd lunar month of the Year of the Snake). Alongside these national historical events, April also reminds everyone to prioritize the environment, health, and intellect, such as World Health Day on April 7. Vietnam Book Day (April 21st); World Book and Copyright Day (April 23rd); World Earth Day (April 22nd); and World Intellectual Property Day (April 26th).
