Nearly 100 workers hospitalized after dinner

On the night of May 15, according to news from Trang Bom District Medical Center (Dong Nai), doctors and nurses were receiving emergency treatment for nearly 100 workers (Dechang Vietnam Co., Ltd., Giang Dien Industrial Park, Trang Bom District).

Many workers vomited and had stomach aches after eating rice noodles with crab.

These workers showed signs of vomiting and discomfort after eating crab rice noodles in the afternoon at the company.

At dinner, about 500 people ate crab noodle soup and nearly 100 people showed symptoms of vomiting and stomach pain and were hospitalized.

The medical center is monitoring the workers' health, taking samples for testing, and finding the cause of the incident.

It is known that Dechang Vietnam Co., Ltd. specializes in manufacturing household electrical appliances and has about 1,200 workers.

Previously, in early May, in Dong Nai province, there was also a food poisoning incident after eating bread from a shop in Long Khanh city, causing more than 500 people to be hospitalized. To date, most of the patients have been discharged, while a 7-year-old patient is still being monitored and treated at Dong Nai Children's Hospital.
