Extension of application deadline for social housing project in Tan Hoa ward

The Department of Finance has just extended the deadline for submitting expressions of interest for the implementation of the Social Housing Project on a 2.85-hectare plot of land in Tan Hoa Ward, Bien Hoa City. The new deadline is 9:00 a.m. on June 16, 2025 (the old deadline was 9:00 a.m. on May 30, 2025). The reason for the extension is to increase the time for investors to prepare their application documents to implement the project.

According to Decision No. 1179/QD-UBND dated April 16, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee approving the invitation for expression of interest, the above housing project has a scale of 22 floors and 1 basement, capable of accommodating about 4,000 people. The total preliminary cost is more than 2,000 billion VND. From now until September 2025, investment procedures, investor selection, land, and construction will be completed. From October 2025 to November 2027, construction of the project will be carried out, and completion procedures will be carried out. By December 2027, the project will be completed and put into operation and business.
