FPT brand value is approximately 1 billion USD

With a brand value of approximately 1 billion USD, FPT was honored in the Top 5 strongest brands in Vietnam, Top 10 companies with the largest brand value increase in Vietnam, Top 12 most valuable brands in Vietnam at the "100 Most Valuable Brands in Vietnam 2024" award ceremony organized by Brand Finance.

Evaluating the FPT brand, Mr. Alex Haigh, Managing Director of Brand Finance Asia Pacific region said: "In this year's ranking, FPT recorded an impressive growth of 67% in brand value. This brand also improved its Brand Strength Index (BSI) score to 86.9 out of 100, ranking in the Top 5 strongest Vietnamese brands.

According to Brand Finance's research, FPT is also highly regarded as an admired brand with a strong reputation. The application of advanced technology and a strong presence in the global market are key factors that strengthen the leading position of the FPT brand globally."

The Brand Strength Index (BSI) is an objective measure of a brand's performance based on multiple factors, such as brand awareness, brand loyalty, and market share.

The above results were assessed by Brand Finance based on the opinions of more than 100,000 individuals worldwide about the brands of businesses, including more than 25,000 individuals in the Asia Pacific region. The value of a brand is determined based on analytical information about this brand opinion and the financial information of the business in the short term as well as the potential for long-term growth.

In the past 3 years, FPT's return on equity (ROE) has always been above 25%. The Group's market capitalization reached 8.4 billion USD (as of October 10, 2024). In 2024, FPT plans to achieve revenue of VND 61,850 billion and pre-tax profit of VND 10,875 billion, an increase of about 18% over the same period.

In the first 8 months of the year, FPT's revenue and pre-tax profit reached VND39,664 billion and VND7,077 billion, up 20.8% and 19.9% ​​over the same period, and recorded many large projects globally, showing the increasing demand for investment in technology and affirming FPT's position and capacity.

As a world-class technology company, FPT will continue to make efforts to contribute to making Vietnam a new destination for artificial intelligence and semiconductors in the near future. Currently, FPT is focusing its resources on five key areas: artificial intelligence (AI), semiconductor chips, automotive software technology, digital transformation, and green transformation. The Group also continues to promote globalization, aiming for the big goal of achieving 5 billion USD in IT service revenue from foreign markets by 2030 and further enhancing its position in the group of "billion-dollar" IT enterprises globally.
