At 9:20 AM, the price of SJC gold bars at Saigon Jewelry Company, Phu Quy Company, and Doji Group was listed at 159.5 million VND/ounce (buying price) and 162.5 million VND/ounce (selling price). This price decreased by 1 million VND per ounce compared to the previous closing price.
The market saw similar developments in the gold ring segment, with Bao Tin Minh Chau Company and Phu Quy Company trading around 159.5-162.5 million VND/ounce (buy-sell), also down 1 million VND per ounce compared to the previous closing session.
This morning, the difference between the buying and selling price of gold continued to be maintained at 3 million VND per tael by gold trading businesses.
On the international market, this precious metal is fluctuating around $4,481 per ounce, down $74 per ounce. When converted using the USD exchange rate at Vietcombank , this price is equivalent to approximately 142.5 million VND per tael. Therefore, the price of SJC gold in Vietnam remains about 20 million VND per tael higher than the world gold price.
