According to Kitco News, the world gold price this morning was recorded at $4,538.3 per ounce. Converted using the USD exchange rate at Vietcombank (26,387 VND/USD), the world gold price is approximately 144 million VND per tael (excluding taxes and fees). Thus, the price of SJC gold bars is currently about 14 million VND per tael higher than the international gold price.

According to the latest Kitco News survey, optimism is returning to the gold market. Of the 12 Wall Street experts surveyed, 9 (75%) predicted that gold prices would rise next week, 2 (17%) predicted a decrease, and 1 (8%) believed prices would remain stable.

Conversely, retail investors are showing more caution. In an online survey of 39 participants, 44% predicted a rise in gold prices, 26% predicted a fall, and 31% believed the market would remain flat.

Next week, the gold market will focus on a series of key US economic data releases, particularly manufacturing and labor market indicators, to assess the outlook for the Federal Reserve's interest rate policy. Notable data includes the ISM manufacturing PMI, JOLTs employment report, ADP employment report, ISM services PMI, and weekly jobless claims.
