(GLO)- Compared to the closing price of yesterday afternoon, today (June 29), the domestic gold price remains stable at 117.2-119.2 million VND/tael. Meanwhile, the world gold price continues to decrease, 15.5 million VND lower than the domestic gold price.

Specifically, the brands DOJI , SJC, PNJ, Bao Tin Minh Chau, Phu Quy all listed prices at 117.2-119.2 million VND/tael, the difference between buying and selling prices is 2 million VND.

Ring gold also recorded a stable level like yesterday. In which, PNJ listed at 113.4-116 million VND/tael; Phu Quy listed 300,000 VND lower than PNJ at 113.1 million VND/tael for buying but 100,000 VND higher at 116.1 million VND for selling. Bao Tin Minh Chau alone stabilized ring gold trading at 114.5-117.5 million VND/tael (buy-sell). DOJI listed 114 million VND/tael for buying and 116 million VND/tael for selling, down 500,000 VND/tael in both directions compared to yesterday.

The world gold price listed at Kitco is at 3,274.23 USD/ounce (equivalent to about 103.7 million VND/tael converted according to Vietcombank exchange rate, excluding taxes and fees), the difference between domestic and world gold prices is about 15.5 million VND/tael.

According to experts, in the past week, geopolitical tensions cooled down and economic data continued to soften, causing gold speculators to seem exhausted when the price of the precious metal fell sharply below $3,300/ounce.

Seventeen analysts participated in the Kitco News Gold Survey. Six, or 35%, see gold prices rising next week, while nine, or 53%, see prices falling. The remaining two, or 12%, see prices moving sideways next week.
