According to the organizers, despite unfavorable weather conditions due to rain, the athletes still competed with great effort, pushing the race speed to a very high level. Furthermore, although it was an amateur race, the professional quality was not much inferior to professional competitions. The first edition of the event generated excitement and enthusiasm among the athletes and fans. Hopefully, future events will be organized even better with higher quality.

With a spectacular victory and cup win in the 48km race, 19-year-old Pham Duc Hung left a strong impression on the audience. “This is my first time in Phan Thiet, my first time participating in a competition here, and I was so lucky. I'm very happy and grateful. Although I've only been training for a short time, initially just to improve my health because I have a history of heart disease, I was captivated by this sport.”

The tournament concluded with many emotions. The heavy, prolonged rain on the race day left the track soaking wet, causing difficulties for many athletes. The rain also hampered the awards ceremony and delayed the assessment of team results. Almost all cameras were obscured by rainwater, making it impossible to see clearly, and the athletes' bib numbers used for team scoring were also obscured. This was the first time a sporting event had faced such a difficult situation for the organizers, requiring such a long time to assess and award prizes.
