According to a report by the Department of Science and Technology of Thanh Hoa, in the first 6 months of 2025, 100% of OCOP certified products will have QR code stamps or codes and barcodes on the products.

However, the data of QR Code stamps or code stamps, barcodes of many OCOP products in the province can mainly only retrieve some information about the manufacturer and product information such as: product uses, product price, production date, expiry date, instructions for use, preservation..., not fully meeting the information prescribed by national standards for each specific product group and regulations on management of product and goods traceability of the Ministry of Science and Technology .

In addition, 758 production and business establishments that have been applying traceability stamps continue to have the need to apply traceability stamps; 12 establishments that have not applied traceability stamps have the need to apply traceability stamps.

The total number of production and business establishments that need to apply traceability stamps in the province is 770 establishments. This reality shows that the demand for production and business establishments to apply traceability stamps for products and goods has increased over the years, and the products that need to apply traceability stamps are also more diverse.
