Previously, through the work of grasping the situation and receiving information about crimes from people about a social evil hotspot in Hoa Binh commune (Cho Moi district), the Provincial Police Department's leadership directed the Office of the Investigation Police Agency to preside over and coordinate with professional units to establish a special project to fight.

During an urgent search of the residence of Hieu "xi-po", Vo Minh Tri (Hieu's son) and 3 other subjects, the authorities seized 13 more motorbikes and many related documents and objects.

At the police station, Hieu "xi-po" and his accomplices admitted to gambling on cockfighting for money.

In addition to the scene of the incident, the police also discovered that behind Hieu's house, he and his followers had very cleverly concealed a place to organize cockfighting to deceive the authorities.
