On the morning of June 27, the National Assembly entered the last working day of the 9th Session.

According to the agenda, at the beginning of the morning working session, the National Assembly held a plenary session in the hall, voting to pass 7 laws and 7 resolutions.
The 7 laws include: Law on Science , Technology and Innovation; Law on Atomic Energy (amended); Law on Railways (amended); Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Credit Institutions; Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Law on Trade Unions, the Law on Youth and the Law on Implementing Democracy at Grassroots Level; Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Criminal Procedure Code.
Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on National Defense, the Law on People's Army Officers, the Law on Professional Soldiers, Workers and National Defense Officials, the Law on Military Service, the Law on Vietnam Border Guard, the Law on People's Air Defense, the Law on Reserve Forces, the Law on Civil Defense, the Law on Management and Protection of National Defense Works and Military Zones, the Law on Militia and Self-Defense Forces, and the Law on National Defense and Security Education.
The 7 resolutions include: Resolution on investment policy for the Quy Nhon - Pleiku expressway construction project; Resolution on investment policy for the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4 construction project; Resolution on adjusting the investment policy for the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway construction project, phase 1; Resolution on the International Financial Center in Vietnam.
Resolution on piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Hai Phong city; Resolution on approving the 2023 State budget settlement; Resolution on implementing the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Organization of People's Courts, the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Organization of People's Procuracies, procedural laws and other relevant laws.
From 10:30 a.m., the National Assembly held its closing session (broadcast live on Vietnam Television and Voice of Vietnam).
At the closing session, the National Assembly voted to pass: Resolution on questioning activities; Resolution of the 9th Session, 15th National Assembly.
The Resolution of the session includes the following contents: the arrangement of sources for payment of debts under the Government's responsibility at the Shipbuilding Industry Corporation (SBIC); the transition to applying a number of specific mechanisms and policies that have been permitted by the National Assembly to be implemented in a number of localities after restructuring the apparatus and expanding administrative boundaries according to the policies of the Party and the State; visa exemption for foreigners who are in special need of preferential treatment to enter Vietnam; the handling of debt collection sources of policy credit programs funded by the state budget that have expired at the Bank for Social Policies; funding for drug rehabilitation facilities and support policies and regimes for officials, workers and civil servants working in drug rehabilitation; supplementing the form of investment in the high-speed railway project on the North-South axis and solutions to continue implementing planning work associated with the arrangement of administrative units during the time when the Law on Planning (amended) has not been promulgated.
Then, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man delivered the closing speech of the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly.
