Spring Festival Exchange 2024 (Year of the Dragon)

With the theme "Spring in Dien Bien," the opening ceremony of the 2024 Year of the Dragon Spring Festival featured performances of songs such as: "Songs Dedicated to the Party," "Spring Beside You," "Spring in the Mountains," "Spring Chorus," and "Coming to Dien Bien, My Homeland." The program also included various fun activities with prizes, such as: "Picking Flowers for Democracy," ring toss, and competitive sports games like: throwing the ball, stick pushing, tug-of-war, chess, and "to ma le" (a traditional Vietnamese game)...

The Spring Festival of the Year of the Dragon 2024 attracted a large number of athletes from cultural villages throughout the province, as well as numerous tourists and local people. The festival created a beneficial playground during the traditional Tet holiday; at the same time, it brought a joyful and enthusiastic atmosphere celebrating the Party, the spring, and the country's renewal. The people of Dien Bien province also eagerly awaited and had faith in the future renewal of their homeland and welcomed the major holidays and anniversaries in 2024.
