The organizing committee awarded certificates of completion for the first training course to the trainees from Muong Cha district.

The training course was divided into four classes, each with 54-69 participants, and lasted two days. Participants received basic knowledge about the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws and regulations related to the preservation and promotion of the cultural values ​​of traditional ethnic minority costumes. They were also guided on implementing the Project on Preserving and Promoting the Values ​​of Traditional Culture of Ethnic Minorities in conjunction with Tourism Development, under the National Target Program for Socio -Economic Development of Ethnic Minority and Mountainous Regions, giai đoạn 2021-2030. The course covered an overview of the province's ethnic cultures; the role and significance of traditional costumes in ethnic life in relation to tourism and economic development; and key tasks in the preservation and development of culture and traditional costumes of ethnic groups in the coming period.

Trainees learn about the Lao brocade cooperative model in Pa Xa Lao village, Pa Thom commune, Dien Bien district.

Along with theoretical content, trainees had the opportunity to learn about and study the practical model of Lao ethnic brocade cooperatives in Na Sang 2 village, Nua Ngam commune and Pa Xa Lao village, Pa Thom commune (Dien Bien district).
