Thirteen out of 18 households in Dinh Cong have agreed to hand over the land for the construction of the Ring Road 2.5 project.

HNP - On the morning of December 12th, the People's Committee of Dinh Cong Ward simultaneously launched two teams to coordinate propaganda, mobilization, and persuasion efforts among households and individuals whose structures and assets are located within the land clearance boundary for the construction project of the 2.5-kilometer road (section from Dam Hong to National Highway 1A) - one of Hanoi's key infrastructure projects.

The task force is responsible for disseminating information and persuading households to agree to hand over the land for the project's construction.

Regarding the land clearance for the construction project of Route 2.5 (Dam Hong - National Highway 1A section), there are 18 households in the ward that are subject to relocation and land clearance.

Two working groups with over 40 members, including leaders of the People's Council and People's Committee of the ward, specialized departments, police force, neighborhood groups, and representatives of the construction unit, have disseminated information, mobilized support, and explained the policies on compensation and resettlement; guided people in handing over the land, and handled cases of encroachment within the project boundaries.

The task force members disseminated information to each household, while also recording the people's suggestions and difficulties in order to compile and report them to the competent authorities for resolution.

The campaign demonstrates the determination of Dinh Cong ward to ensure the handover of the land to the investor before December 15, 2025, as required. This is also an important activity to create consensus among the people, contributing to accelerating the construction progress of the 2.5-kilometer road – a crucial transportation route that connects, reduces traffic congestion, and promotes urban development in the southern area of ​​the capital.

Propaganda teams will disseminate information, mobilize support, and explain policies to households affected by land clearance.

The People's Committee of Dinh Cong Ward affirms that it will continue to regularly maintain the activities of the Propaganda Teams, ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with regulations, openly and transparently, for the common good of the community and the development of the City.

As of 10:00 AM on December 12th, 13 out of 18 households had agreed to hand over their land for the project.
