Poland, a country with a rich history and culture, attracts tourists not only with its scenic attractions but also with its distinctive cuisine.

With the support of the Polish Embassy in Vietnam and the Polish Trade and Investment Agency in Vietnam (PAIH), the Polish Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KIGCP) introduced a European culinary program featuring Polish products. The event was part of the European Union's "Taste Europe" campaign.

The dishes are prepared by a Polish chef, subtly blending traditional flavors with modern styles.

With the message "from farm to table" being cited as the soul of European agriculture : sustainable, responsible, and always focused on consumer health, "Taste Europe" aims to raise awareness among consumers and industry partners about the quality, safety, and authenticity of products originating from the EU. The campaign emphasizes the importance of the EU food control and certification system.

At the event, the live tasting program provided attendees with exciting culinary experiences.

Beef, pork, apples, and European produce have been combined to create a harmonious blend of traditional and modern flavors. This is an authentic culinary journey through Europe, experiencing the creativity and rich culinary heritage of the continent.

A representative of a Polish company said they have visited Vietnam many times to introduce their company's products.

“Taste Europe!” is a three-year promotional and informational campaign (from 2024 to 2026) aimed at bringing the quintessential flavors of Europe to Asian consumers. This is the second year of the “Taste Europe – Discover the Flavors of Europe” campaign, following successful promotional activities in Vietnam, Japan, and Singapore.

"Exploring European Cuisine" is part of a series of activities promoting high-quality European products and food in Ho Chi Minh City. The event showcasing exquisite Polish cuisine is expected to accompany this promotional campaign in major cities across Vietnam until 2026.

Alongside the main event, there was a networking session between businesses, opening up new business opportunities and promoting trade cooperation between European manufacturers from Poland and Vietnamese importers, as well as representatives of the food industry. Discussions focused on developing trade cooperation, expanding export opportunities, and strengthening the presence of EU products in rapidly developing markets in Southeast Asia, including Vietnam.
