The research aims to support the teaching, learning, and research of the Hrê and Cor languages and scripts, contributing to narrowing the economic, cultural, and social development gap between ethnic minority areas and other regions in the province, especially the communication gap between ethnic groups; promoting economic and social development; and preserving and showcasing the cultural identity, customs, and traditions of the Hrê and Cor ethnic groups.

At the same time, the implementation of this project stems from the practical need to apply digital technology to serve various aspects of life, especially contributing to the preservation and safeguarding of the languages of ethnic minorities in Quang Ngai province.

The application facilitates convenient and flexible lookup between the Hrê, Cor, and Vietnamese languages, including functions such as: word translation, pronunciation, illustrative examples, synonyms/near-synonyms; forward and reverse translation (Vietnamese - Hrê, Hrê - Vietnamese; Vietnamese - Cor; Cor - Vietnamese). The application uses artificial intelligence (AI) speech recognition technology to help search and pronounce Hrê, Cor, and Vietnamese words.
