The situation of Ms. Vu Thi Thu Hang, born in 1987, in Nam Ha commune (Phuc Tho district) is very pitiful. Her husband has been mentally ill since 2019, so she has to shoulder the burden of the family's finances and raising her children.

On days when her husband and children are seriously ill, she is forced to stay home to take care of them.

Recently, she had to borrow 35 million VND to take her child to the hospital because of a heart condition that caused Thi's lungs to be compressed, endangering her life.
