Ha Long hosted a New Year's Eve countdown with 50,000 spectators.

Quang Ninh's New Year's Eve art performance for 2026 will take place at 30.10 Square, overlooking Ha Long Bay, with an expected audience of nearly 50,000 people.

According to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Ninh province, the program will start at 9:30 PM on December 31st at 30.10 Square, Ha Long Ward, lasting approximately 180 minutes, and is expected to attract nearly 50,000 people, including local residents and tourists from within and outside the province.

Following its success, Quang Ninh continues to host large-scale concerts by Ha Long Bay.

The highlight of the New Year's Eve countdown for 2026 will be a spectacular high-altitude fireworks display, promising a dazzling, visually stunning, and emotionally charged moment for the audience.

The concert also brought together many famous artists, singers, and bands such as People's Artist Quang Thọ, Minh Tuyết, Thu Minh, Phan Mạnh Quỳnh, Binz, Trung Quân Idol, DJ Gaztik, Bức Tường band, Chillies, Dòng Thời Gian group… creating a colorful musical tapestry that connected many generations of audiences.

Free tickets to the event will be distributed to residents and tourists. Registration will begin at 7 PM on December 26th and continue until the planned number of attendees is reached. Learning from previous free events, Quang Ninh province will tighten ticket distribution and control, strictly dealing with counterfeit tickets, illegal ticket sales, or allowing people without tickets into the event area.
