Hanoi: Spreading the spirit of rule of law among the people

In order for the Law Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 2025 to be seriously implemented, continue to be organized in depth, and spread the spirit of respect for the Constitution and the law among the people, the City People's Committee requests departments, branches, sectors, units, organizations; People's Committees of communes and wards to focus on implementing well a number of contents during the peak propaganda period from October 15 to November 15.

In particular, departments, branches, units; People's Committees of communes and wards organize activities to respond to Vietnam Law Day to cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and people in appropriate forms. The focus is to integrate, link with propaganda, widely disseminate core contents expressing the spirit, viewpoints, and guiding opinions of Party and State leaders on the Socialist Rule of Law State of Vietnam; disseminate and propagate the purpose and meaning associated with the requirements of promoting policy communication work, innovating the work of disseminating and educating the law, promoting the spirit of respect for the Constitution and law, building a culture of law compliance, building a Socialist Rule of Law State of Vietnam.

Along with that, inform, introduce and commend agencies, organizations, businesses and individuals with outstanding achievements in building and perfecting institutions and laws; organizing law enforcement; actively contributing to serving the two-level local government to operate smoothly, effectively, efficiently and effectively.

Implementing communication on the contents of policies, projects, and draft legal documents developed and drafted by agencies, organizations, and localities in a timely, early, and remote manner, especially the City's draft Laws and draft legal documents, which play an important role in creating a favorable environment for investment and business, ensuring the rights of people and businesses.

The City People's Committee assigned the Department of Culture and Sports to coordinate with the Department of Justice (the Standing Office of the City Council for Coordinating the Dissemination and Education of Law) to carry out visual propaganda work in appropriate forms at a number of locations and main streets in the city center. The People's Committees of communes and wards organize visual propaganda work in central areas, schools, headquarters of state agencies, and public places.

The City People's Committee requests the City's Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio- political organizations, the City Bar Association, and the City Lawyers Association to organize activities in response to Vietnam Law Day in conjunction with disseminating the purpose and significance of the Law Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 2025 to union members, association members and people in appropriate forms.

The City People's Court, the City People's Procuracy; and the City Civil Judgment Enforcement Department organized activities to respond to Vietnam Law Day in conjunction with disseminating the purpose and significance of the Law Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 2025 to cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers under their management authority.
