Hanoi: Spreading the spirit of the rule of law among the people.

The Hanoi People's Committee has recently issued Official Document No. 5817/UBND-NC regarding the organization of activities to celebrate Vietnam Law Day 2025.

To ensure that the Law Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 2025 is seriously implemented, continues to be organized in depth, and spreads the spirit of upholding the Constitution and laws among the people, the People's Committee of the city requests that departments, agencies, units, and organizations; and the People's Committees of communes and wards focus on effectively implementing a number of contents during the peak period of propaganda from October 15th to November 15th.

Specifically, departments, agencies, and units; and the People's Committees of communes and wards shall organize activities to celebrate Vietnam Law Day for officials, civil servants, employees, and the people in appropriate forms. The focus is on integrating and widely disseminating core content reflecting the spirit, viewpoints, and directives of the Party and State leaders on the socialist rule of law in Vietnam; disseminating and promoting the purpose and significance of the day, linking it to the need to strengthen policy communication, innovate legal education and dissemination, promote the spirit of upholding the Constitution and laws, build a culture of law compliance, and build a socialist rule of law in Vietnam.

In addition, information, introductions, and commendations will be given to agencies, organizations, businesses, and individuals who have achieved outstanding results in building and perfecting institutions and laws; organizing the implementation of laws; and making positive contributions to ensuring the smooth, efficient, effective, and effective operation of local governments at both levels.

The People's Committees of communes and wards will organize visual propaganda work in central areas, schools, government offices, and public places.
