Hanoi revokes 24 stalled projects, including many on prime land.

In order to definitively resolve the issue of "stalled" projects causing a waste of resources, the Hanoi People's Committee has just issued a notice to revoke land and terminate operations for 24 investment projects.

The Hanoi People's Committee has just announced the land reclamation and termination of operations for 24 slow-progressing investment projects using non-budgetary capital in the city. The Hanoi People's Committee has assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment and the Department of Finance to complete the necessary documents and advise the People's Committee on the procedures for land reclamation and project termination in accordance with regulations, requiring completion by May 31, 2026.

Among the 24 projects whose operations were terminated, a significant number were located in central wards, including: a 5-star hotel project in Ba Dinh ward invested by VIPTOUR - TOGI Joint Stock Company; a high-rise office and residential complex project in O Cho Dua ward invested by the Institute of Mining and Metallurgy Science and Technology; and a headquarters and training center for export labor at plot E2 in the Cau Giay New Urban Area (Cau Giay ward), invested by SONA International Human Resources and Trade Joint Stock Company...

In addition, several housing and ecotourism projects have been terminated: the Ecotourism and Garden Villa project in Yen Xuan commune, invested by the International Education Development Company; the Housing construction project at alley 102 Nguyen Khuyen, Van Mieu ward, invested by Hanoi Housing Investment and Development Joint Stock Company No. 6; the Garden Villa construction project in Yen Xuan commune by Hoang Yen Trading Joint Stock Company; the housing construction project for sale to officers and soldiers of E16 (H56)-BCA in Tu Liem ward, invested by Indochina National Housing Organization Joint Stock Company...
