Ba Dinh district plans to reclaim 1 hectare of land to implement 12 projects.
In the list of 3,133 projects requiring land acquisition in the 2026-2030 period approved by the Hanoi City People's Council, Ba Dinh ward plans to acquire approximately 1 hectare of land to implement 12 projects. Of these, 11 projects will use budget funds and 1 project will be implemented using non-budgetary funds.
Specifically, there are 8 projects carried over from the Hanoi City People's Council Resolution of 2025. Notable among them are the project to expand the road from the end of Ngu Xa Street to Tran Vu Street and the project to connect the road from Quan Thanh Street to Tran Vu Street via alleys 190-192 Quan Thanh.
Another notable infrastructure project is the culverting and construction of a road from the intersection leading to Nui Truc Street to Son Tay Street, contributing to the completion of the inner-city transportation network.

In addition to the transportation sector, the land acquisition list also includes many public space renovation projects such as renovating flower gardens and trees at the corner of Yen Phu and Hang Than streets, and constructing a protective fence around Zone I of the Chau Long Pagoda historical site.
In addition, projects focused on the preservation and restoration of historical and cultural relics also accounted for a significant proportion. These projects included the restoration and renovation of An Tri communal house, Xuan Bieu communal house, and the construction of a protective fence around Zone I of Chau Long pagoda.
In the field of education , the project to renovate, upgrade, and rebuild Mac Dinh Chi Secondary School is being implemented to meet the growing learning needs in the inner city area.
Regarding newly registered projects, noteworthy are the restoration and renovation project of Tay Luong communal house and the planning and expansion project of Ngoc Ha street according to planning H1-2, the section from Hoang Hoa Tham street to Son Tay street.
According to the plan, the expansion of Ngoc Ha Street is expected to enhance traffic connectivity in the central political area of the capital, while also contributing to the beautification and synchronization of urban space.
In addition to projects using budget funds, the list includes one non-budgetary project to renovate a dangerous apartment building at 148-150 Son Tay Street to ensure the safety of residents and improve urban aesthetics.
