In the list of 3,133 projects requiring land acquisition in the 2026-2030 period approved by the Hanoi City People's Council, Ba Dinh ward plans to acquire approximately 1 hectare of land to implement 12 projects. Of these, 11 projects will use budget funds and 1 project will be implemented using non-budgetary funds.

Specifically, there are 8 projects carried over from the Hanoi City People's Council Resolution of 2025.
