The basic preparations closely followed the guidance and requirements of the Provincial Exercise Steering Committee.

Mo Duc commune is one of the localities selected by the province to hold a preliminary exercise to gain experience for other localities in the area in 2026 and subsequent years. The locality needs to continue reviewing and perfecting the system of documents and plans to closely match the actual situation; focus on consolidating training grounds and practice areas; and organize thorough training of the contents according to the exercise plan. Close coordination with relevant agencies, departments, and units is necessary to develop a well-structured and scientifically sound exercise scenario and plan.

According to the plan, the 2026 combined civil defense and defense zone exercise in Mo Duc commune is expected to take place over two days, from June 12th to 13th, 2026.
