
Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hoang Giang requested the Inspection Department to focus on advising the Provincial People's Committee on promptly resolving complaints and denunciations. He also called for strengthening inspection and supervision of compliance with administrative discipline and order, and strictly handling violations. Furthermore, he emphasized improving the quality of inspections, ensuring clear, feasible, and realistic conclusions. He stressed the need to strengthen coordination among departments, agencies, and localities in inspection work and the fight against corruption, waste, and negative practices.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested a focus on disseminating legal information to the people, resolving cases decisively at the grassroots level, and limiting appeals to higher levels. He also called for strengthening inspections and audits in the field of anti-corruption, promptly detecting and strictly handling violations, ensuring that the right people are held accountable according to regulations. At the same time, he emphasized building a team of inspectors who are courageous, impartial, objective, honest, and possess strong professional skills; proactively identifying and preventing violations early and from afar, contributing to overcoming difficulties, unlocking resources, and promoting socio-economic development.

Since the beginning of the year, the Provincial Inspectorate has completed 4 out of 10 assigned tasks; conducted 23 inspections, achieving over 36% of the annual plan. The unit has issued 35 inspection conclusions at 35 units, uncovering violations totaling nearly 4.6 billion VND, and recommending sanctions against 165 organizations and individuals. The unit is currently focusing on inspecting stalled projects, surplus land and property, and the mineral sector as directed by the Government Inspectorate and the Provincial People's Committee.
