Expeditiously implement the River View Urban Area project.

- On the morning of June 2nd, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Cong Hoang chaired a meeting to hear reports and give opinions on the plan to implement the River View urban area project in Son Tinh commune.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Cong Hoang requested the investor to urgently develop a detailed implementation plan, fully carry out all committed contents, and ensure the progress of the River View Urban Area Project. At the same time, he instructed the Son Tinh Commune People's Committee to expedite land acquisition, compensation, support, resettlement, and site clearance; and to publicly disclose project information to the people.

Relevant departments and agencies are tasked with urgently completing procedures related to planning, land, and environment, and strengthening coordination to resolve difficulties and create favorable conditions for investors to implement projects on schedule.

The River View Urban Area project covers an area of ​​over 33 hectares, with a total investment of approximately 650 billion VND, and the results of the investor selection were approved by the Provincial People's Committee in May 2026.
